Can beginners ride?
Yes. No previous experience is required. Every tour starts with a safety briefing and basic jet ski instructions, and our instructor leads the group throughout the ride.
Is it safe?
Yes. Safety comes first. We provide life jackets, a safety briefing and professional guidance throughout the tour.
What happens in bad weather?
For your safety, tours may be postponed or rescheduled if weather or sea conditions are not suitable. Our team will advise you and help arrange another available time.
Can children ride?
16 yeasr is minimum to drive. Children can join the experience as passengers (from age 5). Non-swimmers are welcome (everyone wears
a life jacket).
Maximum weight?
Our jet skis are designed to accommodate two people. Please contact us with the total weight of the riders so we can confirm suitability for your booking.
Can pregnant women ride?
For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to ride a jet ski.

No, you don’t need a Jet Ski license for our regular rides in Dubai. We’ll give you a quick briefing before you head out, so you know how everything works.

Absolutely! Our Jet Skis can be shared by two people at no extra charge.
CAN BEGINNERS RIDE?
Of course! Our Jet Skis are stable and easy to handle, so they’re great for first-timers as well as experienced riders. Your instructor will show you the basics before you start.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE?
You can drive a Jet Ski from 16 years old. Younger children can join as passengers, from 5 years old.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We recommend arriving 20 minutes before your scheduled time so you can check in, get ready and start your experience without rushing.
WHERE IS NEMO WATERSPORTS LOCATED?
At the Umm Suqeim Fishing Harbour marina, Umm Suqeim 2, Jumeirah Road, Dubai, next to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel (not Jumeirah Beach Residence, JBR) and close to the Burj Al Arab. There is free indoor and outdoor parking, and the marina is about 20 minutes from anywhere in Dubai. Hotel pick-up is not offered.
CAN I BRING MY PHONE?
You can bring your phone, but we recommend keeping it somewhere safe and dry during the ride. And don’t worry about the pictures, our instructor will take photos and videos for you.
WILL SOMEONE TAKE PHOTOS?
Yes! Your instructor will take photos and videos during the tour and transfer them to you for free when you return to the marina.
CAN I CANCEL?
Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before your scheduled experience.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Your safety always comes first. If sea or weather conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll discuss the available options with you and help arrange another time.
HOW FAST DO THE JET SKIS GO?
Our Yamaha Jet Skis can reach speeds of up to 100 km/h, but there’s no need to go that fast - you can enjoy the ride at your own pace.
IS FUEL INCLUDED?
Yes, there’s no extra fuel charge - the price you see for the Jet Ski experience covers the ride.
ARE LOCKERS AVAILABLE?
Yes! Lockers are available for our customers, so you can safely store your personal belongings while enjoying your activity.

professional instructors provide a thorough safety briefing and guide you
through the basics of operating the watercraft.
What are your opening hours?
Daily from 07:00 to 19:00, and later in summer, up to sunset.
Is there a damage deposit?
No damage deposit is taken. Guests sign a waiver before their session and are only charged if damage occurs, which is rare when guests follow the safety briefing, in particular keeping a safe distance from other jet skis.
